  • Incorporated equity, diversity, and inclusion into election guidelines for all UTM governance bodies.

  • Providing unconscious bias training, including a module on anti-Black racism, annually for UTM council members.

  • Collaborated on tri-campus communications to increase awareness of governance opportunities and welcome applications from Black candidates.

  • Collaborating on a tri-campus video project to increase awareness of governance opportunities and connect widely with faculty, staff, students, alumni and community members.
