- Incorporated equity, diversity, and inclusion into election guidelines for all UTM governance bodies.

- Providing unconscious bias training—including a focus on anti-Black racism—annually for UTM council members.

- Collaborating on a tri-campus video project to increase awareness of governance opportunities and connect widely with faculty, staff, students, alumni and community members.

- Launched an equity data tool to help inform efforts to encourage widespread application to governance roles.
